Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks, providing support to ensure efficient office operations.
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Manage office supplies and inventory levels
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Provide customer service and address inquiries or issues promptly
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks
- Tour apartments with prospective residents
- Coordinate service requests for maintenance
- Create purchase orders to maintain maintenance supplies.
- Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowlege in property management is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with phone systems and customer service practices
