Position Overview: We are seeking experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our dynamic team. As a BCBA at Ampersand Autism Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative group of professionals who share a passion for delivering the highest quality behavior analytic services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct supervision to Behavior Technicians and other support staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and continuity of care
- Design and implement behavior analytic programs based on the principles of applied behavior analysis
- Regularly review and update behavior intervention plans based on ongoing assessments and client progress
- Conduct parent and caregiver training to ensure the successful implementation of behavior analytic programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing BCBA preferred
- Strong knowledge and application of behavior analysis principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ethical practices and the values of behavior analysis
