Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a must
- Knowledge of MPOS system, Microsoft Office, Adobe are helpful
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- On your feet for 8hr shifts and be able to lift 50lbs
