We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, taking reservations, and providing general customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer service role and be able to provide exceptional service to our guests.
*Must be open to morning & evening shifts*
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from guests.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 per hour
