Duties
- Provide consistent coordination of services and supports for individuals.
- Ensure homes are operated in a manner that ensures individuals are living the lives they desire.
- Lead in such a way as to maximum the independence of individuals and to maintain their rights according to IAG policy and the Department of Human Services regulations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Implementation Strategies (IS) and Behavior Support Program (BSP) of individuals.
- Oversee implementation of services and supports following the prescribed methods and techniques from the IS and BSP.
- In conjunction with the DSP 3, coordinate schedules of DSPs and find coverage for planned absences and call offs.
- Train and evaluate Direct Support Professional and management staff.
- Monitor staff’s delivery of services and supports, examining methods and techniques used relative to each individual’s IS and BSP.
- Review documentation from staff to ensure timeliness, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regularly scheduled staff meetings and in-services.
- Communicate with Community Integration Supports (CIS) director, QIDP, and staff; diagnostic professionals; counselors and therapists, Independent Service Coordinators; guardians; and other identified people as appropriate.
- Reinforce proper behavior, language and social patterns in order to improve or increase independent functioning of individuals.
- Ensure that monthly drills and audits are conducted and submitted according to procedures.
- Oversee house budgets.
- Ensure monthly financial documentation is completed accurately and submitted according to procedures.
- Assure compliance with Department of Human Services regulations and IAG quality standards.
- Be available for crisis response and problem-solving as needed.
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
· Obtain annual Continuing Education as required by DHS.
· Achieve competency or certification in first aid, CPR, Medication Administration, and other required skills within prescribed timeframes.
· Submit required employee records on time.
· Attend all required trainings and meetings.
· Complete other duties as assigned.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
