Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the sales team with various administrative tasks as assigned which includes, but is not limited to processing orders and quotes for building materials, data entry, answering phones, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Verifying and reviewing data for errors, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative position preferred
- Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent telephone and customer skills preferred
- Knowledge of building materials preferred, but not required
- Ideal candidate must be self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
