As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for facilitating qualifying potential customers and engaging in community-based sales opportunities on behalf of our clients, while also training on various skills for administrative and operative logistics. A driven individual with natural leadership abilities, a desire to expand their professional skill sets and an ambitious attitude is ideal for this entry-level role.
Customer Service Assistant Position Responsibilities:
- Elevate client experience, provide information, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate on service and sales support, assisting existing and new clients
- Manage price quotations, purchase orders, and customer interactions
- Work with the Executive Account Managers, upper management, and other Customer Service Assistants to identify business development opportunities for the clients
- Navigate client-provided technology to assist in customer service before, during, and after the sales process
- Lead solution development efforts through networking and strategy meetings
- Communicate and negotiate effectively at all organizational levels
