Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Providing information to customers about products, services, and promotions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing feedback to the customer service team lead.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
