Associate Attorney
An established Elder Law Firm in Central Florida is recruiting for an associate attorney for our office in downtown Orlando. The candidate must have a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience with estate planning, probate, trust and guardianship. Candidates should be hard working, self-motivated and want to be a member of a fast-growing elder law firm.
Requirements
Member of the Florida bar, while maintaining all necessary licensing and continuing legal education requirements.
Excellent oral, written and listening skills. Must be able to interact effectively with clients, have polished communication skills.
Strong people skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all staff, attorneys and clients. Able to work individually and within a team environment.
Strong analytical skills with ability to use logic and reason to identify problems, evaluate options and implement solutions.
Strong organizational skills with ability to plan and prioritize. Ability to multi-task, detail oriented with strong time management skills.
Ability to handle a case from beginning through completion with minimal supervision.
Strong computer skills with ability to use Microsoft applications and a working knowledge of Westlaw.
