Overall job description
The International (Technical) Sales Manager at FRAMACO, will hold a critical position in driving our business growth by overseeing the estimating team, reviewing operational structure, and spearheading the discovery of new competitive manufacturers. Your expertise in distribution, client relations, and estimating will be instrumental in supporting sales efforts and achieving revenue targets amidst our highly competitive international market landscape.
Responsibilities:
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
· Work hand-in-hand with our teams across all departments, particularly inside sales, and Management, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of your efforts.
· Collaborate closely with estimating , project management , and operations to address any logistical challenges and optimize supply chain processes from our manufacturers and vendors.
Estimating Oversight and Operational Review:
· Lead the estimating team to ensure accurate and competitive pricing on US-specs construction materials.
· Optimize operational structure to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in estimating, procurement, and logistics processes.
· Implement improvements to streamline operations and maximize profitability.
Supplier Evaluation and Procurement Strategy:
· Identify and assess potential manufacturers and suppliers (US and globally) to expand our product offerings and improve competitiveness.
· Under Management supervision, you will contribute in the Negotiation contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and quality standards.
· Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of materials.
Client Relationship Management and Sales Support:
· Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
· Support sales efforts by providing expertise on product specifications, pricing, and availability.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and generate repeat business.
Revenue Growth and Forecasting:
provide an overview of our sales pipeline and targets, mention of any significant opportunities or challenges

· Report directly to the owners and work closely with stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue targets.
· Ad hoc reports Report Preparation: Compile and present comprehensive weekly reports to management, detailing progress, key metrics, and insights.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
· Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to guide business planning and decision-making for the next 2-3 years.

Qualifications:
Extensive experience in sales, estimating, procurement, and client relations within the international construction materials industry.

Proficiency in relevant software applications for estimating, procurement, and sales management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
