Warehouse Picker/Stocker
Summary:
The Ecommerce Warehouse Picker/Packer plays a crucial role in the operation of the distribution center by accurately and efficiently picking and packing products for shipment. They are responsible for ensuring that the correct products are selected, verifying quantities, and preparing them for distribution. The Warehouse Picker works as part of a team to meet productivity targets while focusing on safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver healthy and fresh products that meet government regulations and company quality standards.
- Prepare, load, pack, wrap, label, ship and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
- Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently according to order specifications using handheld scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify product quantities and ensure proper labeling and packaging before shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety guidelines and best practices to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move pallets with grocery, produce, meat, and houseware items.
- Inspect equipment and notify the E-Commerce supervisor or other management of items needing repairs.
- Collaborate with other warehouse team members to prioritize tasks, share workload, and meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform regular inventory counts and participate in cycle counting activities to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Assist in receiving and unloading shipments, ensuring proper documentation and inspection of goods for quality and accuracy.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to company policies and guidelines for inventory management, product handling, and safety protocols.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with products or shipments to supervisors or appropriate departments.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials, if applicable.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous exposure to warehouse operations or similar roles is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is prefered.
- Proficient in using standard computer applications, such as email, web browsers, and basic data entry.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines while handling items, operating equipment, and working within the warehouse space.
- Ability to pay attention to product details, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and labeling of items for order fulfillment.
- Ability to efficiently manage time and tasks to meet order processing deadlines, ensuring prompt delivery of products to customers.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues, contributing to a cohesive and efficient warehouse team.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Physical Requirements:
- This job may require standing or walking for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive motions.
- Ability to use tools and equipment, including but not limited to knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
Working Conditions:
- This job is performed in a production environment that may have exposure to heat, noise, and other environmental factors

- Pay Rate: $16/hr.-$17/hr.
- Location: 6530 Altura Blvd, Buena Park, CA 90620
- Working Hours: Mon. - Fri. 9 AM - 3:30 PM
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends, as necessary is required.
