Worth Home Products is an e-commerce company based in Greenway Plaza that sells patented home decor products through our own Top 10% (in revenue) performing Shopify store and through the nation's largest online retailers including Amazon, Home Depot, Wayfair, and Etsy.

Job Objectives
- The eCommerce Operations Specialist is a multidisciplinary role in a highly automated company, where the primary purpose is to ensure accurate and efficient operations across all eCommerce channels
- This role will engage with and support our online stores specifically Shopify and Amazon, Big Box e-Tailers, Digital Marketing Team, and Customer Care
- This role is responsible for ensuring that day-to-day operational and marketing processes are connected and running smoothly, including promotions, inventory management, logistics, and our various e-commerce platforms
- This position will continually analyze data and our automated systems to improve efficiencies and processes
- This position collaborates with management to develop strategy and long-term planning for continuous improvement and growth.
Qualifications (Essential)
- Experienced with Shopify, Amazon Seller and FBA
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excel
Experience (Essential)
- 2-3 + years of relevant work experience in a similar eCommerce role
- 2-3+ years of experience working across eCommerce project launches and managing product rollouts
- ERP software (NetSuites, SAP, Cin7, etc.)
Knowledge and Skills
Technical competencies
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product offerings, pricing, and promotions
- Capable of learning and using inventory planning and forecasting software
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Highly proficient in Excel
