Position Description:
The corporate receptionist works independently, and without direct supervision. Possesses strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. Detailed oriented and able to multitask. Meets and greets vendors, employees and customers; checks vendors, service providers and guests in/out. Monitors and operates security cameras; accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms. Provides additional office support as requested. Is proficient and bilingual in both English and Spanish.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- "Director of First Impressions". Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and time management skills.

Responds to incoming calls in a professional, respectful, and friendly manner. Obtains information and routes calls accordingly.
- Monitors voicemail and communications from company locations.

Greets and directs vendors, guests and customers.

Monitors and reviews location security cameras.

Monitors and controls access to the building.

Maintains daily logs, records and forms as needed.

Assists accounts payable with filing invoices as necessary.

Assists with mail and office email communications

Assists in filling supply orders for company locations

Assists in scheduling interviews, vendor visits, and office meetings, as necessary

Other duties as requested by the office administrators and staff
OPERATING SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
Education/Training:
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred.

Experience in hospitality preferred.

Experience with Milam’s Markets preferred.
Experience/Knowledge:
- Computer literacy required: command of Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook preferred

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Spanish and English fluency is required.

Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
Special Requirements:
- Ability to lift 30 – 50 lbs.

Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time

Handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages

Reach with hands and arms

Communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word

Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions

Complete all required forms.

Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirement.

Ability to respond to emergencies on a timely manner.
