SETCO Inc is continuously growing and is in search for a Quality Manager to JOIN OUR TEAM!
The Quality Manager will serve as the QMS Management Representative, Internal Audit Coordinator and Document Control Coordinator. The Quality Manager is responsible for QMS implementation and maintenance. The QM will be responsible for managing QA personnel as the system matures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY
- Ensure that all necessary Management System processes are adequately defined, effectively deployed, and continually kept up.
- Responsible to report on the effectiveness and needed improvements of the Management System to top management for review and action.
- Ensure that requirements are communicatedthroughout the organization
- Schedule and coordinate Internal Audits as necessary.
- Coordinate the completion of Process Plans and Audit Reports
- Coordinate audits with external parties, such as customers or the ISO registrar, and other related communications that may be needed
- Responsible for managing current documentation and revisions as needed, including all policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, specifications, and other company documents.
- Responsible for ensuring adequate access to necessary personnel for all controlled documents.
- Responsible for maintaining any external documentation that must be controlled.

- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements
- Broad knowledge of your company’s operation and its QMS

Pay: $52,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
