Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and provide exceptional customer service during the night shift.
Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle reservations and cancellations
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform night audit procedures to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management systems is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is advantageous for guest services
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
