Responsibilities:
- Assist the project manager with the job setup, both the jobsite and in the project management programs
- Manage all of the project contracts, commitments, compliance items and other field documents utilizing Procore
- Assist in the permitting process and maintain the permit log
- Process project invoices, track NTOs, lien releases
- Assist in preparation of owner billing, follow up on owner payments, distribute subcontractor payments
Requirements:
- 2-5 Years previous experience in the construction industry, preferably with a General Contractor
- Good command of oral and written English language and computer skills
- Preferred experience with the following software or similar software: Office 365 , Bluebeam , Procore , Sage 300 CRE , Timberscan , myCOI, Docusign
