Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the dispensary, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and tracking.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Train and supervise dispensary staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the sale of cannabis products.
- Implement and enforce security protocols to ensure the safety of staff, customers, and products.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the dispensary and increase sales.
- Handle administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting, and scheduling.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and administrative tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and providing information about products.
- Knowledge of the cannabis market and products to assist customers in making informed choices.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory calculations.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred.
