**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of Shared services to our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective management of service delivery processes.
**Duties:**
- Manage and lead a team of service delivery professionals
- Develop and implement service delivery strategies to meet client needs
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in service delivery management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Service Now knowledge is a plus
Must have experience with IT service management or delivery • Experience with process improvement efforts • Very well developed interpersonal and communication skills
