Role Overview:
As our Client Care Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our operations, supporting our Team Leader and Broker, Justin M Taylor. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, enjoys variety in their daily tasks, and is dedicated to ensuring smooth transactions and stellar customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Coordination: Act as the central liaison between agents, clients, title companies, lenders, inspectors, and other parties involved in transactions. Ensure all deadlines are met and transactions progress smoothly from contract to close.
- Listing Preparation & Marketing: Manage the listing process from start to finish, including scheduling property photos, staging, listing input, marketing remarks, and coordinating lockbox and sign placement. Develop and order marketing materials for showings and open houses.
- Broker Assistance: Support Justin with his transactions and personal investment properties. Become proficient in writing contracts, inspection notices, and leases, and handle hands-on tasks with clients and contractors.
- Assisting with Rentals: Coordinate move-ins and move-outs for Justin’s rental properties, communicate effectively with tenants, and serve as a liaison for contractors. Ensure all aspects of property management are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Client Events & Public Relations: Coordinate venues, activities, and promotions for team and client events. Manage social media platforms to post team member highlights, listings, testimonials, educational content, and more.
- Collaboration with International Virtual Assistant: Work closely with our international virtual assistant on all transactions. Leverage their support to ensure all administrative tasks and deadlines are met efficiently and accurately, maintaining the highest standards of service for our clients.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma (required); Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 1+ year of administrative experience (preferred)
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Some evening and weekend availability
- Real Estate License not required but a plus
