**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our executive office. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.
**Duties:**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in all of the tasks and projects the CEO must complete. She researches the racial and gender wealth gap, and requires a partner in this work as well.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents while handling correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to create presentations, reports, and spreadsheets as needed.
- Transcribe meeting minutes, memos, and other documents accurately to support executive decision-making.
- Support office management by overseeing supplies inventory, vendor relationships, and office equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with Box or willingness to learn for electronic document management.
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment. If there's a background in graphic design or curriculum development that would be a huge plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach to handle inquiries professionally.
- Proficiency in clerical duties and administrative tasks to streamline office processes effectively.
- Demonstrated computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications. Proficiency in Canva would be great.
