Job Overview: This is a dedicated position that will join a team of professionals to implement our new Focus Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system over the next two years. The position expires at the end of the two years and is possibly eligible to transfer to a comparable open technical position at the end of the two years.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor degree in a technical field such as software development, computer science, database administration, data analysis or an equivalent combination of education and experience Three (3) years experience demonstrating expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems implementation data analysis, software development, data systems design, or database administration Hands-on administrative experience with complex enterprise systems and/or large databases especially in support of ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion or Focus School Software ERP.
Required Skills: Knowledge of information systems analysis, design, and development Proficiency with ERP system tools used to configure and implement complex systems Experience with data migration, data modeling, and data integration Experience using business intelligence tools to aggregate, model, analyze, and validate large datasets Ability to instruct staff in fundamentals of software development and system design Establish and maintain professional working relationships with teams, leadership, customers, and the general publicAbility to timely troubleshoot and resolve application issues. Demonstrated success managing projects including establishing goals, objectives, and action plans to produce innovative solutions to complex problems Preferred K-12 experience.
