Summary:
The Receptionist serves as an integral part of the Finance team by providing customer service expertise to a busy retail/c-store environment. This position is responsible for providing support to the Support Center and companies.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greets Guests and Vendors on a daily basis
- Answers multi-line switchboard and directs appropriately
- Forwards Faxes and overnight Answering Service messages to the appropriate departments
- Hands out Team Member paper checks
- Receives and sorts store paperwork packs, reviews store receiving invoice entries for timely entry/accuracy and distributes documentation accordingly
- Counts store coupons enters into Microsoft Office program tracking file and submits coupons for payment each month
- Updates the answering service when changes are made
- Opens, sorts, and prepares mail incoming and outgoing
- Orders office supplies for Support Center
- Supports and facilitates organizational changes, continuous improvement, and communication.
- Establishes and fosters relationships with management and all team members that will enable the Finance function to be viewed as an integral part of the business.

Education & Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· A minimum of two years’ experience preferred
· Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift 25 pounds at time.
· Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
