Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the technology sector.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
- Achieve assigned sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate new business
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Strong business development and sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Knowledge of technical sales or technology sales is a plus
- Leadership qualities with the ability to lead a sales team towards success
