Ancira Family Dental is a technologically advanced Dental Practice, where our goal is to provide the highest quality oral health care.
While we are a multi-disciplinary practice, with multiple specialties where we serve all family members, we currently aim to serve our senior community by providing them with smile restoration and design, and preventive oral care.

We're a team-oriented practice, setup with modern office equipment/furniture, and a lively atmosphere, we're looking for someone proactive and energic that will match the team's dynamic, and add to our ever-growing pool of talent.
We have several positions open for General Dentists in the Brownsville and the Mcallen Tx area.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Conduct routine dental exams and cleanings
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions
- Develop treatment plans for patients based on their dental needs
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Opendental or similar systems
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique in the dental office
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy and confidentiality
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education programs
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Bilingual ( English and Spanish )
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry
- Familiarity with Opendental or similar dental practice management systems - desired
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Pay: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
