Prince Freight LLC is an LTL & Expedited trucking company looking change the way cargo gets transported by providing a better experience to customers, shippers, and everyone in between! We are rapidly expanding and we need your help to do so!
We are looking for a self-motivated, success-driven independent sales people with an existing book of business (or drive to create a new one rapidly!) with customers that need transportation of their cargo. Must have proven successes in networking and sales in logistics, transportation, shipping, and other various B2B environments.

What's Expected?
If you’re not familiar with supply chain, transportation, and logistics industries, all you need to know is that it’s a perfect way to start a stable, independent, and high-earning career.
Your job will be to source, contact, price, sell, and close deals with customers across any and every industry. You will need to find out if the customer is currently moving or is tentatively looking to move shipments of commercial cargo by offering Prince Freight as a better solution for lower rates, faster transit times, in-house customer service, and more reliable transport.
Once you close a deal with a customer, that’s it - you get paid EVERY TIME a shipment from that customer is delivered and completed!
What are the average results?
As of January 2024:
Average Sourcing Calls (Per Hour): 25-35
Average Bid Acceptance Rate: 5-25%
Average Load Cost: $400-600
Average Profit Margin (Per Load): 15-30%
Average OS&D (Over/Short/Damage) Rate: 0%
Average On-Time Rate (Pick): 100%
Average On-Time Rate (Delivery): 100%
Qualifications:
Required:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
- Proven sales / account management success in commercial, B2B environments
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Fluent in Microsoft Office, Google Maps, Skype, Google Hangouts, WhatsApp, and other similar programs.
- Ability to maintain motivation independently

Preferred:
- Prior experience with freight brokering, dispatching, forwarding or other logistics, transportation, and supply chain company.
- Prior experience with NAST market trends and pricing.
- Prior experience with DOT & FMCSA rules and regulations
- Prior experience with Salesforce and other sales programs.
- Prior experience with MacroPoint, FourKites, and other tracking programs
Compensation:
As we mentioned, this can be a passive income for most people, but the more work you put into it, the higher the return. That’s why we offer competitive compensation based on sales performance.
This is a 1099 contract position with the potential for transition to an hourly or salaried position at a later time.
Our paycheck schedules are either once-monthly or bi-weekly - whichever you’d prefer.
We will discuss and create a customized contract that best fits your needs based on your intentions and experience. This is done well before you start for maximum transparency. We have 2 types of contract:
Dollar Amount Per Shipment ($)
- Contract Agreement: $25 Per Shipment
- You won 10 shipments x $25 per shipment = You Get $250!
Percentage of Profits Per Shipment(%)
- Contract Agreement: 15% Per Shipment (Profits)
- You won 10 shipments at $500 each, with $100 profit per load.
- $100 (profits) x 25% = $25 per shipment
- $25 per shipment x 10 shipments = You Get $250!
Example:
Billy works a full time job elsewhere, but would like to supplement his income by working with us a day or two per week at about 10 hours total. He doesn’t have much experience in this industry, but he knows sales and he’s eager to learn the freight market. His bid acceptance rate, and profit margins are probably going to be on the low side for the first few months given experience , so we agree upon a “$ per load” structure at $25 per shipment won. What do those numbers look like?
- 10 hours (per week) x 25 sourcing calls (per hour) = 250 sourcing calls per week
- 250 sourcing calls x 5% bid acceptance rate = appx. 12 winning bids
- 12 winning bids x $25 per load = $300 (Averages out at about $30 per hour!)
