Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our restoration team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, front desk operations, and possess strong organizational skills.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments and managing customer records
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members
- Act as a personal assistant to the office manager
- Handle payroll and contractor payments.
- Accounts receivable
Skills:
- Previous experience with office administration.
- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry and scheduling
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling software.
