JOB PURPOSE:
Ensure services provided to clients are timely, complete, documented, and carried out according to related contracts and policies & procedures. Familiarity with domestic violence programs, beneficial.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in development and implementation of contract compliance system to review delivery of services. Ensures services are delivered in accordance to related contract and policies.
- Provides Policy and Contract training and support to all locations. Audits case files to ensure compliance with Program. Manages electric file system as needed from other domestic violence (DV) locations.
- Assists with development of electronic file software system such as reporting, user training, and data management. Runs data quality reports to assist Program in maintaining compliance with client files. Assists with maintenance of grant forms and updates.
- Provide User support for electronic file software to all locations.
- Maintains ongoing communication with support team for all domestic violence (DV) program locations.
- Maintains ongoing communication with Program Director to analyze trends and compile training and policy recommendations to address negative trends.
- Ensures competence is maintained in the financial/data field and in the quality assurance duties through webinars, formal training, and conferences.
- Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree preferred not required.
EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years’ experience in a heavy customer service focused environment. 1-2 years’ experience in cloud base electronic file software preferable. Administrative support, office management, quality assurance, compliance or any other similar types of experience. Experience with Salesforce or HMIS a plus. Experience in working with Excel spreadsheets preferable.
ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer’s sole discretion.
LICENSES: Driver’s License with clear record. LPC, LCDC, or LMSW preferred.
VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice. Must maintain current registration and current automobile liability insurance that is in compliance with Texas law.
OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates. Must be available and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as required to meet business needs. Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself/herself or others.
