PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Roles
- Convert company provided leads to client meetings
- Generate new leads based on company strategies
- Identify off-market properties for purchase
- Schedule and conduct property walk-throughs
- Determine After Repair Values (ARV) (training provided)
- Prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) (training provided)
- Attend local networking events
- Facilitate the purchase of properties from contract to close
- Most importantly – Make offers and close deals
Responsibilities
- Establish and nourish client relationships with clients
- Take full advantage of MCM’s CRM to maintain consistency and communication
- Provide an extremely high level of customer service to all current and potential clients
- Prompt response to seller inquires using company established processes
- Continuous communication to all parties involved in the transaction
- Maintain proper documentation on all transactions
- Attend continuing education courses to stay informed on changes and updates
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Level of Education
- High School Diploma required
- Degree in Business, Communications, or Finance a plus
- Current real estate license, or willingness to obtain one
Knowledge & Experience
- 1+ year(s) experience in sales or customer service
- Experience negotiating and writing contracts a plus
- Basic computer skills; familiarity of Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
- CRM experience a plus (Sales Force)
- Knowledge of terms and principals associated with real estate a plus
- Excellent networking skills

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- This is a full-time, contracted sales position
- Compensation is 100% commission, with a bonus structure
- Position is located in Fort Worth, however, travel to surrounding cities is required
- Possession of reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license is imperative
