REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR – ATLANTA, GEORGIA
Potential on target earnings in the first year approx. $120,000+, increasing to approx. $200,000+ in year two

We are currently seeking an entrepreneurially minded Regional Business Development Director (RD), to work alongside our existing RD, to continue to grow our client base and team of CFOs in and around Atlanta.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-driven, focused on driving sales, delivering exceptional client experience and guiding a talented group of Chief Financial Officers dedicated to helping ambitious $2-$100M revenue businesses succeed.
The role combines the benefits of being part of a local, national and international team and support organization operating within a defined business model and structure, while at the same time offering a level of autonomy and freedom in how results are delivered.
Your role will involve close collaboration with our Global Head of Operations and our other Regional Directors in the US, utilizing your local network and exceptional sales skills to drive success in expanding our client base and CFO team in the Atlanta area.
This is a remote based 1099 role, but you must live within the Atlanta area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Spearhead business development initiatives, actively seeking and capitalizing on opportunities to expand our market presence and increase revenue streams.
- Build and lead a team of experienced CFOs across the Atlanta region, with a primary focus on delivering exceptional client experience and driving sales growth.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction, maximize sales opportunities, and client retention by leveraging a proven track record of successful account management.
- Drive the negotiation and execution of client contracts to establish lucrative new business ventures and partnerships.
- Develop and implement growth-oriented strategies that align with our organizational objectives, leveraging market insights and industry trends to drive sustainable sales growth.
- Provide dynamic leadership and mentorship to a team of fractional CFOs.
- Analyze regional performance metrics and market trends to identify areas for improvement and devise actionable plans to optimize sales performance.
- Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and enhance sales effectiveness, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
