Job Overview:
Responsible for developing, administering, and facilitating strategic learning & development programs that drive new hire retention and rep productivity to meet business unit metrics, as well as company goals and objectives. Works as a strategic partner within the department heads to develop and implement strategies, learning programs and technologies to prepare employees to meet business unit metrics and growth strategies. Collaborates directly with leadership to ensure learning programs are applicable to the needs of internal/external clients. Measured results, inspection and ongoing development in role is required.

Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to identify the learning needs and skill gaps within different departments and roles within SmartChoice.

Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and other multimedia resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles.

Learning Management System (LMS) Management: Oversee the administration of the company's LMS, including content uploading, user management, tracking training progress, and generating reports to measure training effectiveness.

Performance Support: Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to reinforce learning and facilitate on-the-job application of new skills and knowledge.

Evaluation and Feedback: Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives, gather feedback from participants, and continuously improve learning experiences.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and industry associations to leverage expertise and resources, foster collaboration, and enhance the quality of training offerings.
What education & experience you’ll bring...
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience (3-5 years) in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, preferably in the Tech/Telecom industry or a related field.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques.

Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.

Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
