SUMMARY: Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise and collecting payment for those items in an accurate and courteous manner.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ring out purchases at the register
- Stock merchandise on the shelves
- Clean the store (dusting, trash etc.)
- Assist the buyers in any other way necessary
- Answering customer questions (by phone and in the store)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Must be enrolled as a student at Bob Jones University or Academy
- Basic math skills
- Customer service skills
- Retail experience a plus but not necessary
- Basic computer skills
- Must (occasionally) be able to lift/carry and/or push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- Additional hours may be required
- Town student preferred
