Job Description:
We are seeking a Client Services Assistant to be a key part of our team, primarily handling our company’s main communication channels. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of client service and supporting the overall functionality of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Manage the main company phone line and WeChat communications, ensuring all clients receive a warm and professional response as the first point of contact.
- Support Services: Assist with various administrative tasks to support daily office operations, helping to streamline processes and maintain organizational efficiency.
- Information Management: Provide high-level assistance by gathering initial client information, addressing basic inquiries, and preparing information for meetings and reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members across departments to facilitate a cohesive and supportive office environment.
Salary and Benefits:
