Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Real Estate Office. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, provide tenants and client support, handle clerical tasks, and ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e.g., emails, letters)
- Provide support to tenants and landlords and address concerns
- Coordinate scheduling between tenants and contractors
- Conduct Property Inspections
- Take care of tenant maintenance concerns
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with medical office tasks if req
- Misc office and administrative tasks
Skills:
- Bilingual Preferred
- Real Estate Experience a plus but not necessary
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Fast Learner and technologically savvy
- Must be good in follow ups and taking ownership of tasks
- Detail Oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word and Excel
