**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and innovative IT/Training Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training program that aligns with the company's goals and objectives while also working with our IT Needs.
**Responsibilities:**
- Design and deliver training programs to support business objectives
- Develop and maintain training content using various learning technologies
- Oversee the development and implementation of the training curriculum
- Manage program budgets and resources
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify training needs and develop job descriptions
- Foster positive employee relations and manage conflicts
- Collect and analyze training data to measure program effectiveness
- Develop and maintain training metrics and reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Provide training and support to employees at all levels
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical support to employees for software, hardware, and network issues.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Assist with the implementation of new technologies and upgrades.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures.
- Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place and functioning.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their IT needs.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and best practices.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, human resources, or organizational development
- Proven experience in training management, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of learning technologies and their applications
- Experience in content development, curriculum design, and program management
- Excellent employee relations and conflict management skills
- Ability to collect and analyze data to measure program effectiveness
- Experience with SharePoint and other learning management systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills
-Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
-Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware.
-Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
-Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Certification in a relevant field, such as instructional design or training and development, is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
