Position Summary: To perform a wide variety of general clerical duties as required in the Police Department.

Employee Type: Full-Time
Salary: $4,712 - $6,632 monthly in 8 annual steps
Stipends: 60 Units = 1.5% for employees who were employed by the district prior to
7/1/2020 and were already receiving the 1.5% stipend; AA/AS Degree = 2.5%; BA/BS = 5% (not to exceed a total of 5% if AA/AS is also earned)
Location: Police Services
Hours: 8 hours/day; 1.0 FTE
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4+ hours per day (Full district contribution for 6+ hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours/day).
Education and Experience: High school graduation or equivalent and two years of general clerical experience are required. Experience within a public agency setting is preferred. An Associate of Arts/Science degree from an accredited college or university is desirable.
Licenses and Certifications: Current drivers license and proof of insurance are required.
