The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for performing an array of duties and responsible for production in the warehouse, operates a forklift and handheld scanner to manage and organize stock and inventory.
- Inspects and ensures the quality of product leaving the plant (common carrier, Chemisphere truck, or customer pickup).
- Pulls orders daily and handles all Bills of Lading (BOL's) used in shipments.
- Move products and materials from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas.
- Operates a forklift, handheld scanner and maintain warehouse equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Ensures the warehouse is accessible and safe for salespersons, employee and/or client traffic.
- Preps drums and products for delivery.
- Assists customers with pickups.
- Marks the product with identifying information using appropriate methods.
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep track of inventory and notify management of any discrepancies
- Assists in the physical inventories.
- Wear the proper safety equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
- Ensures that the plant is secure before leaving at the end of the day.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven working experience as a warehouse associate
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to operate a forklift and warehouse equipment.
- Basic computer skills
- Previous ERP experience and/or knowledge of Datacor is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
