Job Summary: Are you a motivated and hands-on leader with a knack for sales and operations? As our Sales Operations Manager, you’ll be at the helm of our Sales Department, steering the team towards achieving both new and used sales goals. You’ll ensure we meet our market share commitments, streamline operations for maximum efficiency, and collaborate across teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Charge: Oversee the day-to-day activities of our Sales Department and be the go-to person for overall performance.
- Team Captain: Coordinate and inspire our retail sales team to hit those new and used sales goals.
- Market Maestro: Drive market share commitments and foster growth.
- Policy Pro: Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed to the letter.
- Efficiency Expert: Streamline operations to keep things running smoothly.
- Lead Manager: Handle potential customer leads and keep our CRM buzzing with activity.
- Service Collaborator: Work closely with the service team to address customer needs.
- Marketing Partner: Join forces with the marketing team to craft winning sales strategies and campaigns.
- Mentor Extraordinaire: Develop and nurture the skills of our sales team.
- Product Guru: Know our products inside and out, as well as our competitors'.
- Customer Champion: Ensure we exceed customer satisfaction and support expectations.
- Inventory: Manage stock inventory levels at all locations and assist with quarterly audits.
- Event Enthusiast: Conduct sales meetings, and attend trade shows and other exciting events.
- Road Warrior: Enjoy monthly travel to our seven store locations within the Chicagoland area.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the retail sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to travel monthly to various store locations within the Chicagoland area.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
