At LS Retail, we are searching for a determined, people-passionate commercially oriented Vice President to drive our expansion across the Americas region. You’ll be responsible for guiding and mentoring employees to success and shaping the growth of our business with your innovative ideas and strategic vision.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead LS Retail operations in the Americas, overseeing sales, consulting services, revenue, and business development
- Set, monitor, and report the regional KPIs while ensuring compliance with company-wide policies and procedures
- Design and execute regional strategies and sales plans aligned with the company’s vision and objectives
- Engage with partners and customers to promote and sell LS Retail solutions
- Organize and Drive local and regional LS Retail events
- Evaluate and recommend opportunities for business development and expansion in the region
- Attract, retain, and motivate employees as part of a health-conscious, team-oriented, and inclusive company environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of Commercial or Management experience and 10 years Sales experience
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or comparable education
- Extensive ERP knowledge required
- Demonstrated understanding of the retail industry
- Proven track record of fostering a collaborative team environment and leading by example with integrity and values
- Experience work with Channel, Partner and indirect sales
- Exceptional sales proficiency with ability to cultivate strong business relationships
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be willing to travel 20-40% of the month
