We are now expanding our team and looking for a creative, multitasking Marketing Specialist & Multimedia Designer to join us.
**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist & Multimedia Designer who is capable of multitasking and can manage all aspects of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- **Graphic Design**: Creating engaging and visually appealing graphics for our services and products.
- **Video Production**: Developing small video clips to showcase our services and customer testimonials.
- **Social Media Management**: Managing and optimizing our social media presence, including creating and posting content, and interacting with our audience.
- **Landing Page Creation**: Designing and maintaining effective landing pages to drive conversions.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Planning and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, and search engines.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and web graphics.
- Create and edit short video clips to promote our products and services.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Develop and maintain landing pages for marketing campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
