Position Overview:
The Clinic/Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for veterinary medicine, a commitment to providing high-quality care, and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of pets and their owners.
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine medical, surgical, and dental care for small animals
- Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions in pets
- Perform surgeries with precision and care
- Conduct thorough examinations and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding treatment options and preventative care
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Collaborate with a team of veterinary professionals to ensure the best care for patients
- Participate in continuing education to stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine
Qualifications:
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Florida
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
