Job description
iWorQ is a leader in local government software, implementing hundreds of customers each year. Our Implementation team members work with customer accounts directly following a sale and are responsible for assigning the project and ensuring that the customer is successful.
Responsibilities:
- Learn the iWorQ applications and implement the application using best practices outlined by managers
- Work with multiple clients to provide training each week
- Train clients over the phone and send detailed summary emails weekly
- Engage with our customers during kickoff calls and trainings to establish a strong working relationship
- Develop go-live training plans (60 days) for each customer, establish and track goals, and objectives
- Ensure you hit all KPIs to move out customers to the support team
- Determine what gaps our customers may have within their applications and act as a liaison with our sales team to add new products
- Identify potential issues that could affect a project and help with customer success and best practices
- Exceed 10+ hours on the phone each week with clients
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous client relations and software experience preferred
- Proficiency in managing projects and programs
- Concise verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Aptitude for learning new software and programs
- Effective at problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
