The purpose of the Western Regional Sales Manager will be to represent ThermOmegaTech's entire range of commercial plumbing products to assigned exclusive manufacturers' representatives, engineers, contractors, plumbing wholesalers, and building owners. This position works closely with product development, marketing, and other sales teams.
Essential Job Functions
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Grow and manage sales region to ensure effective, efficient, and economical use of available time and company assets to achieve sales objectives.
- Develop annual sales forecasts and strategies for all commercial plumbing products in conjunction with reps based on market conditions and expected customer demand requirements
- Seek and qualify sales leads, determine routes for action, and follow up to close the sale
- Participate in industry tradeshows and conferences to expand ThermOmegaTechs position as a thought leader in the marketplace
- Conduct sales calls on distributors and all potential end users/consumers
- Present the commercial plumbing products to engineers, contractors, and building owners.

Educational requirements*
- BS/BA in Marketing, Engineering or Business preferred
Minimum experience
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a successful selling record
- Commercial plumbing and/or construction industry experience preferred
- Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), experience required
Skills requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial plumbing procurement practices and requirements for technical products
- Ability to manage several opportunities simultaneously for multiple customers
- Strong mechanical aptitude with ability and interest to understand how our products work
- Good organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to independently handle both technical and commercial discussions
- 40%+ travel is required to succeed in this role
