Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This Senior Business Analyst will provide program management support, perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis, develop briefings and papers for all levels of DoD leadership, and conduct research in support of major DoD weapons systems acquisition, sustainment, logistics, maintenance strategy, policy and processes, supply chain initiatives.

Requirements:
Minimum Experience: A minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in DoD acquisition or acquisition related (systems engineering, test and evaluation, etc.) field. Experience in one or more DoD urgent needs processes. Experience in DoD budget preparation and reprogramming in support of contingency operations. Experience developing legislative proposals.
Preferred Experience and Skills: Desired experience of ten (10) years. DoD General Staff-level Service School. Previous experience at a Service-level headquarters, with the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, a CCMD Headquarters, a Defense Agency, or within the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
Minimum Degree: A bachelor's degree (BA)/bachelor's degree (BS).
Preferred Education: Graduate degree in business management, engineering, systems engineering, mathematics or science.
Minimum Clearance: Top Secret, SCI ability to obtain and maintain SCI. (Contractors proposed that have not had an SCI clearance may take more than a year to be cleared.)
Skills: Analyze and assess DoD logistics, maintenance, supply chain and acquisition policies and procedures against current performance metrics and make recommendations on policy and/or process improvements.
Communicate with clients through written reports and oral presentations. Develop talking points and press releases.
Research subject matter and prepare point papers/speeches/remarks for use by senior DoD officials to internal and external organizations. Produce charts and other presentation materials. Prepare and finalize correspondence including letters, memoranda, briefings, speeches, presentations, meeting minutes, and reports.
Demonstrated proficiency MS Office Suite to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Superior communication skills, both oral and written (required).
