Overview:
We are paying $18-$20 an hour with a $2,000 Sign On Bonus.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medication Aide to join our team. As a Medication Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and support to our residents. This position requires strong medical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Administer medications to residents according to prescribed dosages and schedules
- Document medication administration accurately and timely in medical records
- Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications
- Assist with the management and organization of medication supplies
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication management
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living as needed
- Support residents with memory care needs
- Assist with physical examinations and medical procedures as directed by healthcare professionals
- Provide care for residents requiring tube feeding, ensuring proper technique and hygiene
Skills:
- Proficient in medical documentation systems
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
- Experience in memory care and acute care settings preferred
- Ability to phlebotomize and perform basic laboratory procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
