We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement social media strategies to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. Ability to analyze and adapt current social strategies to developing trends both in our markets and outside.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and more, that aligns with our brand image and values.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends and conversations.
- Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and brand-accurate manner.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and increase customer acquisition. Ability to build ICP’s and implement strategies to target them across all companies.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with influencers and bloggers to amplify our brand reach and generate user-generated content.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously optimize our social media strategy.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, such as SEM Rush.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to write engaging and compelling content.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools to track performance metrics.
Preferred:
- Experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.
