Job Title: Traffic Coordinator
Job Summary:
To support the Commercial Logistics Division of LBC North America which manages the flow of goods and
information across a customer’s global supply chain.
To act as a bridge between customers and business units through efficient handling of the total process of the
Export shipments via Ocean or Air. Propose solutions to the CCL Director to address customer requirements to
better serve the latter
To help gain new business and to keep and grow existing customers in line with LBCs strategies to ensure the
growth of the Commercial Logistics division.
Logistic Coordinator
Coordinate with the Warehouse manager for the timely receiving of the delivered goods of the
Warehouse customers
Receiving of all shipments in the system (Magaya), generating the warehouse receipts and sending to
the customers
Provide the reports to the customers according to their requirements
Provide the load plan to the warehouse manager based on the approved loads of the customers
Arrange the booking with the carrier and sending of the after shipment documents to the proper parties
Invoice the customer and processing of payment
INNOVATION
Continuously recommend, introduce and innovate processes, systems and products by presenting facts analysis
and impact of recommendation to immediate head.
RECORDS MANAGEMENT
Manage all records and database for reference, research and report purposes. This may include but not limited to
archiving, developing templates, enhancing reports, accuracy of data, timelines of submission, and methods of
data gathering.
OTHERS:
Ensures effective implementation of the Quality System
Drives the LBC core values (Customer First, Commitment, Trust, Teamwork, Positive Thinking, Innovative, Integrity,
Humility, and Social Responsibility); operate and put all these values to work each day.
Performs other duties which may be assigned provided the relevant and necessary orientation or training is carried
out.

Solid PC Operational Knowledge and Microsoft Office applications

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
