Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies based on market trends
- Proficient in retail math, including calculating margins, markups, and discounts
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
