Job Summary
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
Primary responsibilities
- Answer phones, handle all phone calls, take messages, make appointments
- Answer inquiries about company.
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Call persons waiting
- Make coffee
- Ensure reception area is tidy, as well as main lobby, and office bathroom
- Coordinate mail/part flow in and out of office.
- Gather customer information
- Hand out employee applications.
- Arrange appointments.
- Check in and Cash out people when necessary.
- Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
- Prepare vendor checks
- Take and relay messages.
- Update appointment calendars, and schedule follow up appointments
