Receiver/Problems Coordinator
Job summary
Ensure all incoming shipments are free of damage, in receiving condition. Resolve discrepancies with product or PO.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Log Vendor Error Notes in company system

Enter Vendor Discrepancies
- Solve Problems
-
Communicate with Vendor
-
Request Packing Slip
-
Find PO#
-
Transport other errors to Problems
-
Verify and sign for incoming packages/freight
-
Able to Follow Standard Work
-
Assist with unloading FedEx and UPS
-
Track counts of incoming freight and UPS/FedEx
-
Assist with Receiving Freight or UPS as directed by supervisor

Distribute mail to various departments
-
Identify Non Conforming Product
-
Communicate directly with supervisor
Required Qualifications:
-
Can lift a minimum of 50 lbs
-
Able to be on feet for 8 hours
-
Able to operate pallet jack
-
Attentive to detail
-
Able to communicate effectively
-
Able to read, understand, and write English
-
Able to operate scanner
-
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Problem Solving Skills

Work as a team w/ Multiple Departments
