We are built on being professional and personal with our customers as we guide them through the risks they face by providing the proper insurance and advise. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a high-performing Sales Professional to help us meet our growth targets by working with prospective customers, preparing and presenting quotes as well as promoting the agency. The right team member will be a true people person that thrives on challenge and works hard to get results. The income potential is very good as a base salary is complimented by commission and bonuses.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to use agency systems and databases to reach out to prospective customers and offer quotes for their auto and home insurance. You will prospect and network to initiate contact via phone, email and text to generate conversations as well as following up on agency leads. You will work to achieve a daily, weekly and monthly goal.
Skills
- Active insurance license and proven success in insurance sales.
- Successful previous experience as a sales professional consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Tech savvy as we utilize all relevant technology to work as a team and to communicate with customers/prospects.
- Organization skills to manage your database, leads, schedule, followups, appointments, etc.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from quote to close
- Strong work ethic with driven attitude to achieve results
- Excellent people and communication skills are critical.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
